Townhouse Kitchen Remodeling | Small-Space Design & Open Concept

This townhouse kitchen renovation demonstrates how thoughtful space planning can transform a smaller kitchen into a bright, functional and inviting space designed for everyday living and entertaining.

The renovation began by removing the wall between the kitchen and dining area, opening the space and creating a more connected layout for cooking, dining and entertaining.

Because the kitchen has a smaller footprint, careful planning was essential. The new design maximizes available space while providing practical storage, efficient work areas and a more open connection to the adjoining living spaces.

KraftMaid Lyndale Maple cabinetry in Dove White and Pebble Grey creates a fresh, sophisticated palette, while Caesarstone White Attica countertops add subtle movement and a clean, light finish.

Bespoke Kitchens & Baths partnered with Zavasky Remodeling Solutions of Wexford to bring the design to life, collaborating throughout the remodeling process to ensure the construction details, cabinetry and design vision came together seamlessly.

The result is a kitchen that feels significantly more spacious while maintaining the storage and functionality needed for everyday use. The project demonstrates how strategic layout changes, custom cabinetry and carefully selected materials can make a dramatic difference in a smaller home.

Bespoke Kitchens & Baths provided the kitchen design, space planning, cabinetry selection and material selections, working closely with the remodeling team to create a personalized kitchen renovation tailored to the homeowners' lifestyle and the challenges of the townhouse footprint.
